Learn about our action plan.
First session:
In the first session, which is done individually, biomechanical analyzes will be made of all your strokes, such as: serve, return, right and left volley, right and left drop shot, attack, defense, smash and windmill. After pointing out the mistakes to be corrected, an action plan will be drawn up with exercises that can be performed with only 1 more training partner.
Second session:
Before the second session, you will re-record the strokes where adjustments were requested in the previous session, these videos will be presented in the second individual session and if you still have technical flaws, the action plan will be restructured according to the athlete’s needs. Another important topic that will be addressed in the second session will be the Elaboration of Goals and Objectives.
Third to sixth session:
From the third session on, the mentorship will be in groups, where you will learn not only through the answers to your doubts and difficulties, but also through the solution of the problems of the other mentees. At that moment, the subjects will be merged between the main pillars of Beach Tennis: technical/tactical, mental, nutritional and physical.
TACTICAL ANALYSIS
Between the sessions, videos of your matches will be requested and, from them, I will make thorough tactical analyzes and I will suggest points of improvement according to your performance and individuality, always aiming to build the best evolution plan for you.

You will send videos of your matches for an analysis that will be done by me.
Biomechanical Analysis
Through an in-depth biomechanical analysis of your basic strokes, I will develop an action plan that will, once and for all, correct your technical base, which is fundamental to having a great performance in Beach Tennis.
Tactical Behavior
After that, a study will be made of how you are behaving tactically in matches and competitions; after all, you need to have a correct tactical interpretation of the match.

Nice to meet you, my name is Victor Sianga.
My story began with Tennis almost 30 years ago, where I spent my childhood and adolescence dedicating myself to this sport.
My path in Beach Tennis, on the other hand, began in 2015 when a friend introduced me to “Beach Tennis”, and I was intrigued!
There was going to be a championship, so I invited my father to join as my partner, even without knowing any rules, it was just to know the sport.
In the championship, I ended up joining the “PRO” category and lost badly.
But there emerged what would become a great passion for Beach Tennis. So, that, the next day, when I returned to my city, I decided that I would build 2 Beach Tennis courts at Vtennisteam (My training center), to learn, practice even more and share the learning.
Since then, I’ve been playing at the professional level and collecting national and international titles. I even won the 2017 FPT Player of the Year Award.
And today, in addition to still being a Professional Athlete and playing Tournaments all over the world, my focus is to help ordinary practitioners to reach the Professional Level with the “BT360 Methodology” and that is what you will learn in Beach Tennis Expert Mentorship.
